eSinewy Inc. has partnered with premier companies to
bring the custom support model to Enterprise
Customer. This offering will be through an On-site model where a
specific methodology is applied to arrive at a high quality, reliable delivery.
eSinewy Inc. can work with the clients to point out the specific areas within
the support model that can be outsourced in a phased approach.
Options for Custom Support service offering include:
Incorporating a subsidiary
eSinewy Inc. can work with the customers to set-up the Custom Support capability for the
customer. This includes identifying the facility, building the
infrastructure, recruiting the manpower, and training the manpower.
Working through a Joint Venture
eSinewy Inc. will bring in the infrastructure to the venture. The client provides
a commitment for a definite period and has an option to buy out the Joint
venture after a definite time period.
Subcontracting
eSinewy Inc. will provide the customer with a predefined rate for the services
performed. All the infrastructure issues are addressed by eSinewy Inc..
The service provider absorbs all the costs in this model. A definite long-term
commitment is mandatory to execute this model.
