Outsourcing Solutions Specialist(Commission based)
Description
Provide Marketing Support to the Outsourcing Solutions Business Line. Working with the Marketing Manager for the Outsourcing Solutions Business Line,
the Generalist will provide support in executing marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and sales support efforts.
Working with the Business and the President, the Specialist will deliver all required writing and public relations needs for the team.
Provides project support for the development and execution of marketing campaigns driven by the Management
Job Duties
- Support Business Directors with all copywriting and public relations writing needs
- Support Marketing Managers in developing creative copy for multi-dimensional marketing campaigns
- Liaison for external advertising agencies
- Lisaison for Marketing and Outreach department with other eFunds departments
- Support sales training efforts
- Support sales tool development (collateral, presentations, etc.)
Qualification Required
- Understanding of Outsourcing and/or IT Professional Services business and industry
- Excellent business writing skills
- Creative execution style
- Experience with outsourced advertising agency work and project management
- Understanding of the practices and principles of marketing and public relations
- Strong public speaking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Journalism or Communication
- 1 to 2 years business to business marketing an/or public relations experience and/or Outsouricng company experience preferred
Qualification Preferred
Industry Experience:
India or Offshore Outsourcing Experience
